Police support the "Forgotten Crises" campaign of Medicins Sans Frontieres.
To mark the thirtieth anniversary of its brand, the Police company has chosen to celebrate this event by launching the "Look Beyond" initiative, to help the "Forgotten Crises" campaign of Medicins Sans Frontieres (MSF) and, in particular, to help the humanitarian and medical activities in the Sahel Region, in Africa.
To support the medical and humanitarian activities of MSF in the Sahel region and to help them bear witness to the crisis, the Look Beyond initiative includes the creation of a book of fine art photography and a celebratory model of glasses. Part of the revenue from the sales will be given by Police to Medicins Sans Frontieres.
The aim Police hope to achieve is to ensure at least 600 malnourished children are given complete treatment with ready-to-use therapeutic food for three months.
Police will also develop some awareness-raising activities on the web addressing a wider audience and are committed to spreading the work of MSF in favour of threatened populations, supporting the organisation in the daily battle against indifference.
We need everybody's help to supply tools and resources to the people who, every day, work in extreme conditions in the different contexts of the Sahel region, which has one of the world's highest incidence rates of acute malnutrition in infants.
